After being totally ignored by the well known HN store, we called in here to be met with prompt professional high quality customer service. Sarah knew exactly what mattress would suit my mother in law. Steven came that afternoon with the delivery and then offered to take her very heavy base, and restructured it to fit a suitable ensemble mattress which he delivered back the next day. This type of service is very rarely found these days, keep up the great work team, this is what makes you number 1. As a side note, the price was cheaper than the bigger store. TRACEY
